Membership
Levels
|
AOBTA membership
levels are based on the degree and extent of the member's training
by qualified instructors and mentors.
Student Member: a member who joins at the outset of their training
and may continue at this level for 3 years as long as they
are actively in training.
Associate Member: a member who has completed at least 150 hours
of instruction under a certified AOBTA instructor and a minimum
of 100 treatments under qualified supervision.
Certified Practitioner: a member has completed an approved
program including a minimum of 500 hours of instruction under
an AOBTA certified instructor.
Certified Instructor: a member with a minimum of 5 years experience
as a Practitioner who completes an interview testing process
with the Education Board of the AOBTA national organization.
Our Chapter includes members at each of these levels.
